Thorpe Solutions Ltd completed a kitchen renovation and structural remodelling to our property at the start of 2020. We were given design ideas and help in order to achieve the best outcome in the space we had. The team worked efficiently and tried to remain within the given timescale, whilst maintaining a good standard and a very tidy site, they were very thoughtful of our needs as we were still living at the property during the works.
We are happy with the final outcome and would use the team again for any building work we may do in the future.

Thorpe Solutions undertook the construction of our kitchen dining room extension at our semi-detached house in Bents Green, Sheffield. The project involved some difficult structural alterations, effectively removing the bottom storey rear corner of the house wall and re-supporting it on a steel frame. Russ (Company Director) and his team handled the technical difficulties of this task with ease, and constructed the extension on time and to the agreed budget. The finish of the installed kitchen dining room was excellent.
We found Russ to be friendly and approachable, keen to discuss how things could be done and finished in the best way, and had good ideas for how things could be improved. Where he quoted for items that we added to the project, in this case a patio and steps, his prices were always fair and the workmanship very good.
We have appointed Thorpe Solutions Ltd to undertake our new project, which involves converting a bungalow to a house.

We had a loft extension in 2015 between June and July. We wanted stairs going from the landing to a third floor large ensuite bedroom and needed the roof raised too to give the head height. Russ and his team at Thorpe Solutions undertook the work and we were more than happy with the end result. It was completed within the time scale, the finish was amazing and if we had any questions Russ was always at the end of the phone. We would have them back if we needed anything else doing and would definitely recommend the company to anyone thinking about having any building work done in the future!

We have had several works completed by Thorpe Solutions Ltd and would not hesitate to contact them should we require any other projects undertaking. We had a loft conversion, two storey rear extension and a patio over the last 3 years all of which were completed within timescale and budget. As with all building works unforeseen complications arise but we were given sound advice and solutions were quickly achieved.
The team were always very courteous and polite and our home was always treated with respect not just like a building site.

Russ came round and listened to exactly what we were trying to achieve with a young family, mainly more space downstairs, in our living room, a playroom for all the toys and a new kitchen incorporating the dining room. Russ made sure we were fully happy with the plans, budget and timescales, before starting the job.
I could write pages on how good the work was, how hard they all worked and a massive plus that everyone of the lads who worked with him, making my young daughters feel at ease with different people visiting constantly, even drawing them a Christmas tree on a wall when we couldn't get our real one out!
Since our work, people we recommended Russ to, have used him and he's currently working at the in-laws, so clearly this speaks volumes on how impressed we were and them too!

They were very hard-working, always cheerful, and they were willing to adapt to our ongoing suggestions.
